Wondering if you all think it's feasible (and beneficial) to try and develop a culture to how our wsts get filled... Specifically, who fills who. Something like the top 10 in the alliance fill the top 20. 11 to 20 fill each other down to #30. #21 to 30 fill 21 to 40, and so on. So each group is responsible for just 18 other members. The bottom 9 have no fill responsibilities... They need to work on not becoming #50 That suggestion may be too complicated... But some sort of group system like that may help keep the WSTs filled without so much effort. Right now we maybe have 15 members trying to keep the entire 49 filled, and its a chore that's difficult to do consistently. Perhaps if each member only had to check up on 18 other members, more people would be likely to do their part. It might also encourage players in lower groupings to increase their crowns if they want to receive better troops from the stronger players more often. Of course, filling beyond your own group would always be encouraged...

Simpler suggestion - tell all members to help fill the 5 players above them and the 5 players below them.
Yeah some may not do it, but others will go beyond that, resulting in more consistently filled WSTs and hopefully less work for the few more diligent fillers.
Also if we notice certain sections routinely not getting filled, it can help us pinpoint members who aren't active enough.

Even simpler - fill the 10 members below you. Theoretically, everybody except the top of the list will always have 10 other members checking on their WST. Shouldn't that be enough?
The top guys, I'm not too worried about them being able to take care of each other and being helped out by some others.

Yup, true guys. But one of the main features of this plan, even if it can't be 100% enforced, is that it encourages people to do some part. If we tell new members that this is what we ask of them, yeah some may not follow through, but the rest will be like "oh only 10 guys? I can do that"... (And it really is easy when you only look at the 10 under you)
The more people we get on board with doing this little part, the easier it'll be for the more diligent fillers to patch the holes.
Right now when people join, we often don't even mention we expect them to help. Maybe we should start, and by giving them a small section they may be more likely to do it, rather than be overwhelmed at scanning the entire member list.

As Ben said its so hard, we only have maybe 10 people in alliance who are active in chat, its easy to organize them but there is no other way to contact others in order to inform them about this laws, also they might not understand English at all
